1. Put your QR where people can see it

2. Make it yours
Real owners can edit their name, logo, colours, headline, timezone and announcement. Try an announcement here.
Keep check-ins on site
The live service uses on-site QR entry. Owners can also require a daily venue code for an extra check.
3. Look after today's room
See who's visible and remove a check-in. The host view also supports blocking misuse. These controls do not expose phone numbers, private conversations or a guest contact export.
4. Billing without the back-and-forth
In your real dashboard, choose Billing & cancel subscription to open Stripe's secure portal, view invoices, update payment details or cancel renewal.
- Open your owner dashboard from its private sign-in email.
- Choose Billing & cancel subscription.
- In Stripe, select the subscription, choose Cancel and confirm.
- Check the cancellation confirmation and service end date shown there.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Fees already paid are not automatically refunded; see the terms. If the portal will not open, email hq@splitdecision.uk from your owner email.

Guests choose what to share and who to connect with. Venue staff can moderate today's public room, but do not receive guests' private contact details or a mailing list. Harvesting profiles or using check-ins for unsolicited marketing is prohibited.
The public room resets nightly. This does not mean all stored records vanish at midnight: connection requests can remain for seven days, optional remembered details for 30 days, and limited security records for abuse prevention. Read how your information is handled.
Optional social links are public to people viewing your check-in. As with any information you show another person, screenshots or copying cannot be completely prevented.
