- Scan it with your phone camera to try a check-in.
Guests add their name and what they do. No app or account needed. Keep the QR inside the venue; scanning it opens a short check-in window.
Billing & cancellation
View invoices, update your payment method or cancel your monthly or annual subscription.
In Stripe, select your subscription, choose Cancel and confirm. Check the confirmation and service end date before closing the portal.
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Your venue remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Having trouble? Email hq@splitdecision.uk from your owner email and include your venue name.
Host access
The host PIN opens light day-to-day controls without exposing billing or setup.

Guest check-ins are for connection and moderation, not marketing. No phone numbers, private messages or guest contact export are provided. Do not copy profiles or add guests to marketing lists.
